Can I return my purchase?

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, so you can return any item (unused and in its original packaging) for a refund within 14 days of receipt.  You will have to arrange and pay for delivery (except where the item is faulty, where for larger items we will arrange collection of the item). For smaller items e.g. gloves etc. You can arrange an independent courier and we will reimburse the cost of delivery and its return cost up to Royal Mail 1st class postage only. The responsibility for return parcels lost in transit is yours so you may wish to send them recorded delivery, but we cannot refund this charge. If you are simply not happy with the item, please give us notice within 7 working days that you intend to return your item and make arrangements to return the item to us as soon as possible.

How do I do if my item is faulty or damaged?

Just package up your item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the dispatch note that came with the parcel.  Please detail on this dispatch note the reason for your return.  Please make all best endeavours to ensure you have returned your items with the detailing the following details – Your Name, Order Number, Goods you are returning, reason for returning them and whether you want a replacement item or refund.  Then please contact us via email [email protected]  Our working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

If the item is no longer wanted or required let us know within 7 days of receipt and we can offer collection, the cost of which is to be deducted from your re-imbursement or you may arrange an independent courier service to deliver to:

What do I do if I receive an incorrect item?

When will my item be delivered?

Whatever item you are ordering we can guarantee next working day delivery on all orders place by 15.00. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, out of stock or we have made a pricing mistake on the goods or the delivery cost, we will contact you with the correct details or to offer to supply you with alternative goods.  You may then cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information

What do I do if I want to cancel my order?

In line with the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after receipt of the goods.  If you wish to do this you must inform us in writing via letter, fax or e-mail – we are unable to accept cancellations by phone. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

Please take care when opening the packaging.   Please make all reasonable endeavours to ensure you return the item(s) in the condition they were received in and that the packaging is not damaged and that all items and accessories are included with the item(s) being returned.

We also advise you to obtain a proof of postage, or you may chose, at your cost, to have your returning item tracked with the courier you have selected, for additional peace of mind.

 

How long will it take to process my return?

We will process your return request within 30 days after receiving notice of cancellation.  You will receive your refund via the same method that was used to make your purchase.

How long is my guarantee?

All our electrical, portable couches, chairs and trolleys come with a 1 year guarantee on motors and structural steel work. Please note damage considered to be wear and tear is not included within the warranty.

How secure is my payment?

Security is in everyones minds when purchasing over the internet. We can assure you it is a central part of our business and we take it very seriously. At Beauty4Less we provide total purchasing security to our customers. Any personal details entered into our website are processed securely using the very best in certificate security from Versign. In addition our bank and payment providers provide full security protection. Our systems are checked hourly and we use a combination of security providers to ensure this. We do not hold any of your payment card details on our own systems, they are all securely processed through our bank.

 

Card Processing

All card, Paypal and Google Checkout payments pass through a number of rigorous card processing checks. In the case of suspicious behaviour, we work with a number of recognised fraud prevention agencies and analyse a number of customer details to ensure we are not receiving fraudulent orders.

 

How do I place my order with Beauty4Less?

Choose which item you would like to purchase, enter the quantity Click add to basket. Do this for all the products you wish to purchase. When you have finished making your selection, click on Checkout, located in the top rightYou will be prompted to enter your details for billing and shipping - please note that the details entered must be the same as those held by your card issuerTo proceed with your order fill out the payment details and confirm your order. 

 

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch/Maestro, Solo, American Express and Paypal and Google Checkout. Please be assured that all payments are secure. 



I'm worried that my card details won’t be secure - how can you ensure a safe transaction?
